Reporting
The numbers a supervisor is asked for on a Monday.
Four reports over live data, plus the operational surface that comes with the desk: coverage, wallboard and workforce analytics.

The problem
Reporting on an assistance book usually means exporting to a spreadsheet, which means the number is a week old and nobody can say how it was derived.
What it does
Reporting, in practice.
Cases by status
The open book at a glance, sorted by volume.
Opened and closed by month
Up to twenty-four months, zero-filled — a month with no cases shows as zero rather than dropping out of the series and flattering the trend.
Coordinator performance
Open cases, closed cases and average days to resolution per assigned coordinator, computed over closed cases only.
The financial position
Invoiced, paid, outstanding, claimed and approved.
Workforce analytics
Coverage, attendance and the wallboard come with the workforce module rather than being a separate reporting exercise.
What this does not do yet: These are fixed reports. There is no report builder, no scheduled delivery and no export yet, and financial totals are not converted across currencies.
Rules that are not obvious
Why it behaves this way.
Each of these is a decision with a cost behind it. They are the difference between software that records what happened and software you can defend in an audit.
Every query is scoped to your company at the database, not the query.
Each company has a physically separate database. There is no tenant filter to forget.
Figures in different currencies are reported side by side.
There is no exchange-rate table in the platform, and a consolidated figure derived from a rate nobody agreed is worse than two honest ones.
Works with
The modules next to this one.
Case management
Every assistance case from the first call to closure — patient, trip, clinical picture, transport legs and one timeline that holds all of it.
ExploreWorkforce & attendance
Rosters, shifts, attendance, leave, on-call rotas and handover — the operational half of running a desk that never closes.
ExploreClaims
The financial file for a case: collection, scrubbing, audit, adjudication — with an appeal path that keeps the history attached.
Explore
See it against one of your own files.
The fastest way to judge CareTrack is to walk a real case through it — intake, guarantee, charges, adjudication, settlement, statement. Bring one and we will do exactly that.
